At the time of publication of this Issue of Fraction, New Orleans is once again being faced down by Mother Nature. Sam and his family had to be evacuated from New Orleans to wait out the storm.
Due to his situation he could not provide us with a statement or bio at this time.
Our hearts and our thoughts go out to him and his family.
